As a part of our daily routine I feel there are certain things which are very essential. Those would be certain things mentioned below:-
Morning Exercise:
The best way to begin your day is with a good exercise.
I feel a morning walk or a jog or aerobics leaves me highly active for the whole day.
It gives a certain kind of satisfaction to me; may be because the start of the day is the Gods way.
Exercise is very important not only for our physical fitness but also it helps us build our mental strength.
It leaves me active and very confident for the day.
Healthy, good breakfast:
Breakfast is the first intake we have for the day and it must be good and healthy. If we have good breakfast we are energized the start of the day at work is good.
I have noticed if I skip breakfast just to be at work in time I generally loose on time as I donot have ample concentration at my work but obvious my body does not support my mind at that time. Hence good breakfast is very, very essential.
Work is Worship
I am definitely not a workaholic. I believe that the work assigned for the day can very well be completed with 8 hours of time.
If we give our first priority to the work assigned to us it can be done it the time allotted for it.
There should be a time limit to all assignments to be done and it helps you leave the office with all reports completed at 6:00 pm.
